Here’s how you can register and enter your business in a few easy steps:

Sign up for Google – even if you have already registered mail, it is advisable to make a new, separate one for your business. Visit this address and register.
Make a request to Google Places – once you have made the first step, go to this link and click on “Add new business” to enter the business.
